Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, the card on file will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

If you are a No Call No Show,  the card on file will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

In the event Tanya C Artistry needs to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund of your deposit immediately to the payment method you used for processing.
